A quote (Sebenza calls it an estimate) is an invoice that isn't due yet. Send it, get the yes, convert it. The invoice inherits every line, the client details and the notes.
Quotes and invoices live on the same screen: My Finance → Sales & Billing. The Estimates tab is quotes, the Invoices tab is invoices.
Test it yourself
Quote yourself first, then convert it, so you've seen the whole loop.

Pick or create the client
Start typing under

Add the lines
From Servicesfills a saved service in; or type a name,QtyandRate.Add another linefor more. The totals update as you type. - 4
Create it
Tap
Create Estimate. You'll see Estimate EST-2026-00001 created (your number will differ) and it sits in theEstimatestab asDraft. It's valid for 30 days from today. - 5
Email it

Email to Client. - The client wants it as a PDF —
⋯→Download PDF, orPrint. - Same quote for another client —
⋯→Duplicate, then change the client. - Convert only once — after converting, the option disappears. If you need a second invoice, duplicate the invoice instead.
If something's off
- "No client email address found" — the client has no email on file. Add one under
CRM→Clients, thenEmail to Clientagain. - The client says they can't open anything in the email — the quote email is for reading and replying; there's no button for them to press. Their yes by email or phone is the acceptance — then you
Mark as Accepted. Convert to Invoiceisn't in the menu — the quote is alreadyConverted. Open theInvoicestab; the invoice is there.
