Your services are your price list. Set each one up once — name, price, unit — and every invoice or quote fills itself in from the list instead of you retyping.

If your business is VAT-registered, switch on VAT under Settings → VAT first. Services you save after that carry the VAT rate automatically; ones saved before it show 0%.
Add a service

Open My Services
In the menu,
My Finance→My Services, then tapAdd Service. - 2
Name it the way it appears on an invoice
Service Nameis what your client reads, e.g. Monthly bookkeeping.Descriptionis optional and prints under it. - 3
Set the price and the unit
Unit Priceis the amount;Unitis how you charge it:Per Hour,Fixed Fee,Per Day,Per Item,Per PageorPer KM. - 4
Check the VAT rate
VAT Rate (%)shows 15 if VAT is switched on for your business, 0 if it isn't.Default Discount (%)pre-fills a discount on every line that uses this service — leave it at 0 unless you always give one. - 5

Tap
Create. You'll see Service created successfully.✓ The service is in your list asActive, and shows up when you build your next invoice.
Use it on an invoice or quote

On a line item, tap

Pick the service
Search by name or category and tap it. The description, price, VAT and discount fill in.

Type the quantity
Hours, days or items. The line total updates on its own.
Good to know
- Prices went up?
Adjust Priceschanges every service at once by a percentage, e.g.10for +10%. You see the new prices before you apply. - Nearly the same service — use
Duplicatefrom the row menu and change the details. - Retiring a service —
Deactivatehides it from the invoice picker; its history stays. Tick Show inactive to see it again. - Which services earn the most — the
UsedandRevenuecolumns count the invoices each service has been on. Copy detailsin the row menu copies the service's name, price and unit as text — handy for pasting into an email or a quote you're writing elsewhere.
If something's off
- "Service name is required" or "Valid unit price is required" — fill in the name, and a price of 0 or more.
- A service isn't in the
From Serviceslist — it's been deactivated. OpenMy Services, tick Show inactive, thenActivateit. - "Insufficient permissions" when saving — only owners, admins, partners, managers and attorneys can change the price list. Ask the account owner.
